Study On Evaluation Index System Of Energy And Chemical Enterprises' Technological Innovation Ability In Shaanxi

In recent years, energy and chemical companies in China have developed rapidly, its development has faced many problems. Among them, lack of technological innovation ability has been a main factor that had restricted the development of Chinese energy and chemical companies. How to evaluate objectively, scientifically and effectively enterprise's technological innovation, develop the best technology innovation strategy and improve their overall competitiveness of the energy and chemical companies have important practical significance. This paper attempts to energy and chemical evaluation of technological innovation research, energy and chemical companies to explore the elements of technological innovation, evaluation system and means to improve the energy and chemical enterprises' technological innovation capability.First of all, the article analyzed and summarized technical innovation research results, defined the content of technological innovation capability of enterprises from the perspective of technical innovation process, and proposed the elements and basic characteristics of the technological innovation capability. Secondly, Constructing the evaluation index system of energy and chemical enterprises' technological innovation ability, which includes the innovation input, innovation management capabilities, innovation output, innovation environment and social effects of the five-level index, and had analyzed indexes. Again, through comparative analysis of various evaluation methods to determine the level of fuzzy comprehensive to evaluate technological innovation of energy and chemical companies, and established evaluation model based on evaluation methods. Finally, Selecting a company in Shaanxi and studying it empirically, using evaluation model based on survey data to analysis, measure and evaluate the empirical enterprise, and getting evaluation results. According to the results, analysis factors resulted the lack of enterprises' technological innovation and the main problems of technical innovation, and then put forward measures and suggestions. Empirical part verified that evaluation index system of energy and chemical enterprises'technological innovation ability in Shaanxi was scientific and practical.
