In the Era of knowledge economy, the human resource is the main force of economic growth, human resources become the natural resources gradually, and a high attention by all countries in the world and competition for strategic resources,In a country or region's development, various of resources are indispensable, and human resources are fundamental. The reasonable and scientific manpower resource development is one of the main factors of economic growth.Based on the theory of human resources at home and abroad, and the absorption in reference on the basis of relevant research results, through the analysis of the current human resources development in Yanbian unbalanced supply and demand, and human resources quality is low, the home of obtain employment of personnel of unemployment of small and medium-sized enterprises and the Yanbian low level of human resource management, how to find the right of Yanbian area, and to retain talents, developing talent for the organization of the strong vitality and competitiveness provide powerful manpower support, this paper is based on the analysis of problems carefully to put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
