Study On The Improvement Of 6 Sigma Quality Management In K Company

With a long -last view of development of the world, Chinese electronics industry must enhance the foundation of product quality and service to stand in such fierce competition. According to experiences of the domestic and international enterprises, those among world-class all strived to improve their quality level with the implementation of the 6 Sigma quality management methods. The 6-Sigma management theory was introduced into China rather late, Chinese enterprises, especially Chinese electronics enterprises, are facing various realistic problems during the period of introducing and implementing 6-Sigma management.
