As the economic globalizanon process develops day by day, the competition among the economic organizations and enterprises of all countries become ever vigorous. With a long -last view of development of the world, Chinese electronics industry must enhance the foundation of product quality and service to stand in such fierce competition. According to experiences of the domestic and international enterprises, those among world-class all strived to improve their quality level with the implementation of the 6 Sigma quality management methods. The 6-Sigma management theory was introduced into China rather late, Chinese enterprises, especially Chinese electronics enterprises, are facing various realistic problems during the period of introducing and implementing 6-Sigma management. These problems need to be considered and researched discreetly.This paper surveys and researches to apply basic theory of 6 Sigma quality management, and makes use of various methods such as case analysis, chart analysis, PEST environment analysis, etc. It analyzes in depth the key problems of 6 Sigma the quality management in K company, and points out corresponding improvement projects of quality, followed by solid measures of organization, system, manpower, resource assurance etc. Product quality, manufacturing cost and management skill in K company is expected to be improved from the outcome of the projects.
