With the rapid development of marketing services, enterprises had given a great concern to the competitiveness of enterprises which will upgrade the quality of service, at the same time, domestic and foreign scholars also will study in service delivery towards the roles and internal staff marketing and customer satisfaction and sense of service quality. Staff of enterprises are the producers and service delivery, the concept, role recognized of the Organization have given its own role in the understanding, and that the concept of the contact with customers in the role, the customers through the staff of the enterprises feel the service delivery philosophy, leading to the quality of customer satisfaction with the evaluation. When the staff involved in service delivery, they reflect the role of different customers in the provision of services to the differences between characteristics.In this study, a survey tool for evidence through the process of service delivery to staff roles and the relationship between service quality empirical research on the role of the concept of staff, quality of service based on theoretical analysis, the staff tried to influence the role of quality of service process and mechanism to explore how the perspective of services by addressing the role of employees in the process of concept and role behavior in order to improve the quality of services issues. From the perspective of staff role to improve the quality of research services to the problem of great theoretical significance to study the service delivery role in the process of the service staff the impact of branding on the service culture has become the corporate brand-building and the construction of an urgent need to address the problem. An Empirical Analysis through the process of service delivery to explore the role of service employees affects the quality of the degree of management to improve the level and quality of service plays an important role in both.
