| Along with the global economy integration, the ever-changing technology makes the whole world into a small village. The globalization has been the trend of the world. To take full advantage of the resources in different countries, many companies established its subsidiaries abroad and these phenomena experienced a bloom in past 20 years. They got huge benefits from it and have been facing challenges on cost, administration, the local policies etc in the meantime.The HR localization is obviously one of the critical point for the successes of such multinational corporations.I did some research and analyze on HR localization in this type of global companies and pointed out solutions to the main problems. I hope this will give some help and references to those companies during their HR localization period. |
