Study On Enterprise Green Value Creation

As environmental issues become increasingly prominent, the development of "low-carbon economy" are sweeping the globe.Economic development model of wasting of resources has become increasingly unsuited to the development needs of today's society. Environmental issues have become an urgent need, which should be addressed and concerned.This article proposed the concept of value creation, theory and meaning of content basing on research at home and abroad and through the theoretical and empirical analysis. In addition, the paper analyzed green product process of the business investment between the business and government from economics, financial theory point of view, and on this basis, using of economic theory analyzed the government incentives for the impact of green products investment and so on. Through the analysis of economics, on the one hand, the paper points out tax incentive policy of government investment in green products is an important factor for fixing a price of green products. On the other hand, the government's tax incentive policy determines whether the green products project can meet the green product companies'needs of normal economic profit. Finally, the paper constructs green product project investment evaluation model under the analysis of green product life cycle cost.Most scholars gave attention to financing green, green credit, green investments, green products, green supply chain management, green design, green innovation, green consumption and so on, The paper put forward the concept of green value creation, and use it as an entry point to enable enterprises to control pollution and conserve resources, reduce energy consumption in order to achieve the green value creation, competitive advantage, improve business capacity, and ultimately realize corporate economic, social and environmental effectiveness.
