The industry of civil aviation is charactered by large input in foundation, high cost in operation, high risk in management and low return on capital, whose operating conditions has always been concerned. The operating achievements of airlines is not only closely related to the national macroeconomic and the local aviation market, but also is affected by the level of internal management. By analyzing the city Zhuhai, where the company is located, and local aviation market, company finance costs as well as the structure of human resource, we will seek the right and practical direction for the company future development and show the only way.Since its establishment in 1993, Pearl airline has maintained good secure operation, but the scale of development in the fleet has been stagnant. Although our company has already won an excellent social benefit, the economic benefits are still worried.Facing the ups and downs of the current economic situation and increasingly fierce competition, how to reform and improve the scale of economy and find a unique way for the development of our company is a major issue to the managers. Through using SWOT analysis and the concept of Porter Five Forces, we put emphasis on the analysis of historically important opportunities which are created by many other incentives, such as the Exploitation of Hengqin and the construe of Zhuhai- Hongkong - Macao Bridge. Consecutive three years of passenger and Freight growth results in the prosperity of aviation market. We can objectively say that the macro-economic condition is good and the aviation market is in demand. By analyzing the structure of controllable and uncontrollable cost, we know the potential capacity of human cost. While maintaining the same fixed costs, we can improve transport capacity, increase production and lower unit cost by the means of increasing overall input, in order to participate in the market with more intense competition.In the fierce competitive market, the company faces new competition and challenges. However, the impact from the flights of other airlines and high-speed rail network, the is most obvious. By the joint of competitors, strengthening the control of the existing route network, a new route selection and layout for the future to open, and closely relying on the market of Zhongshan, Jiangmen and Xinhui, and other peripheral market development, we will go on searching for new growth to ensure the company's sustainable development. We strive to own 10 Aircraft in the next 5 years and 20 in the next 10 years.To achieve these goals, the company critically consider choosing first and second-line airports in Hainan, Guangxi, northeast and northwest as the objects to open route lines, while enhancing the network building for sale and building of information platform to support marketing decision. Through the refinement of marketing decision and sale ability, we will realize the overall business goals of the continuous improvement of business conditions.
