A Research Of Independent Innovation Dynamic Mechanism In State-owned Enterprises

The independence innovation ability seen as the important method of kept abidance competitive edge. The state-owned enterprises as the mainstay of the country's economic lifeline, self-innovation capability even more significant. However, the present situation of independent innovation of state-owned enterprises, return lie ability low, underpowered problems. Therefore, this article take this as a breakthrough point to improve the ability of independent innovation of state-owned enterprises and find power source.At present, many scholars are researching more about the driving force of independent innovation from the respect of that simply regarding the technology as the external factor of enterprise innovation. This paper argues that proceeding from the nature of state-owned enterprises, build enterprises dynamic mechanism of independent innovation, can fundamentally promote the innovative capability of enterprises. The paper based on the entrepreneurial theory of the firm, contact theory of corporate entrepreneurship, analyses impact factors to innovation and make 12 assumptions from the external environmental factors, organizational factors and entrepreneur factors.The state enterprise is under a circumstance which includes marketable character and non-marketable character. Marketable character is both dynamic and complex, and both of them relate to enterprise independent innovation directly. The reflection to respond to the opportunity of circumstance causing by organizational factors also becomes a dynamic factor in the promotion of enterprise innovation. The system factor of circumstance market includes the support of policy from the government and finance, and it also relates the independent innovation activities of state enterprise directly. However, the social factor has some behavior rules. The factor such as culture and so on affects more on the innovation activities of enterprise, in which the "relation" factor can become the key factor which affects a new dynamic of the state enterprise independent innovation beyond the requirement and rules of market, and make a tentative that the "relation" factor relates the independent innovation of the state enterprise directly. We make tentative analysis of inner organizational factor from the organizational culture, organizational resource and innovation management. The dimensionality of collectivism in organizational culture is a special variable of the state enterprise, because of the Confucian culture of Chinese, which makes the state enterprise present some special characters. In my opinion, the dimensionality of collectivism can improve team work, message sharing and the collectivism which makes ones do harm for the companies for their advantage. And it is also propitious to improve the employees'collective sense of identity, and they will make efforts to the success of enterprise. Innovation team and organizational study ability can lead the state enterprise to make innovation activities as the recessive resource which can be copied hardly. For the state enterprise, innovation management means software of innovation activities, which can improve the ratio and strength of enterprise innovation. The enterprisers'resource gift makes microcosmic innovation behavior different, but innovation is just a process of opportunity driver behavior which is based on the difference of gift. Therefore, the independent character and innovation character of enterpriser factor become another dynamic factor which improves independent innovation.In this paper, I use the research methods of case study, choosing Changchun Railway Vehicles Ltd. as our object. At this basis, I do some Hypothesis Testing. The final data shows that except the 1c:the organizing factors can do some effects on the chances, but this capacity have some special relationship with its own creativity, except this direct proportion's relationship couldn't be confirmed。The others were tested. The reason is the company's technological process let the organizing factors susceptible at the environment's changes, but the company can show its special characteristic。environment's changes can be provided by Ministry of Railways or other parts, it's not by the organization's own creativities。And our cases are not showing this relationship actually。At the basis of Hypothesis Testing, this paper finally did an pattern graph about the own creativity of this company。I strongly confirm that environment factors organizations factors and enterpriser factors are all the factors that can push the own creativity ahead。Due to the special nature of state-owned enterprises and the special circumstances of Chinese market, the Government should do something for enhancing the vitality of independent innovation of state-owned enterprises. Government, through the intervention needs of entrepreneurial opportunities to influence the number and type of chance of carve out. Government can formulate policies to stimulate innovation, use competition policy, laws and regulations to influence the entrepreneurial potential reserves and supply. The Government's financial support is a very important decision. The Government's low-risk credit makes the government's guarantee of state-owned enterprises to become an important means of financing of innovative activities. in addition, the government could also consider improving the financial service system. If we start from state-owned enterprises themselves, we need to organizational culture, organizational resources and organizational management of innovation, also need to their own positive efforts. The Government should also attach importance to innovation and entrepreneurship for the state-owned enterprises played an important role with regard to the need to consider both internal and external aspects from cultivation. Improve the income distribution system and improve the entrepreneurial incentive mechanism, taking into account the role of honor and power incentives. Speed up the transformation of government functions to create respect and respect for entrepreneurs, social atmosphere. In this paper, the state-owned enterprises as the object of study, introduce the theory of firm entrepreneurship, the analysis which based on independent innovation of state-owned enterprises to conduct in-depth analysis of dynamic mechanism, not only enriches the power of state-owned enterprises in independent innovation,, but also introduces a new analysis of dynamic mechanism perspective, theoretical significance. This is the innovation in this article. And the analysis based on dynamic mechanism perspective can be used as the guide for the state-owned enterprises. not only do help the state-owned enterprises as quickly as possible from the "units" to the "Innovation subject" changes, but also is very important to the extraordinary, that is practical significance of my research.The inadequate of my article is the one case study analysis because of the constraints of time and energy. The empirical results also need further examination.
