China's after 80s'housing problem is caused by the changes in social structure, has affected some people's social life, This requires the whole community to work together to resolve. On the one hand the Government to improve housing-related policies, rational macro-control; real estate industry should focus on China's after 80s'adjusting housing supply structure; on the other hand, China's after 80s'should adjust their mentality to change the concept of rational choice of housing consumption.
