Along with constantly updates of quality control concept, whether the implementation of quality control or total deployment of quality management, as well as the application of quality management system, enterprise has new understanding and pursuit of business-quality and quality management, and thus effective control of substandard products, and lower cost of quality, is to obtain the most effective way. Beijing China Unicom is carrying out a series of quality management activities, establishing and improving the quality management system and using free time to carry out a targeted full training in for employees in order to ensure quality control of its 114 call navigation project.
