Today, economic globalization has become a trend. The economic development of one country is reflected through competitiveness in the international market.The competitiveness in the international market is often determined by the strength of multinational corporations .Multinational corporations in china is relatively backward, because of the imperfect market of china,internal constraints of companies and cross-border operations with little experience, so there is a big gap between multinational companies in china and the ones in abroad ,then there is a disadvantage in international competition.The classical theory of transnational management is Summarized from operation Experience of developed countries from Europe and the United States. Chinese enterprises can not completely copy, then, we will develope the theory with Chinese Characteristic Immediately.Analysis the growing of China'multinational corporations,find the international road which is fit for chinaese corporations and cut down disparity between china and other countries,then consummate the theory of transnational corporation.In this paper,we analysis the growing history of China's multinational corporations,analysis the impact from economic globalization,liberalization policy, government endorsement and conditions,and Analysis of the impaction factors on the company's own international road. Then,on this basis, analysis the obvious advantages of large enterprises,small and medium enterpriseand clusters ,which have opportunity to grow up to Multinational Corporations .Finally, analysisy success international case of the Group Clusters of zhengjiang, Analysis the significant advantages and business strategy they have,which played a decisive role in their succession, which is worth to learn to develop Transnational Management.
