Research On Zhengzhou's Small-and-mediument Enterprise Financing

SMEs play increasingly important roles in creating the chance of jobs, enhancing the level of employment, promoting the technological innovation, increasing income, improving the speed and quality of economic growth, highlighting the comparative advantage of export products and enhancing national competitive strength. However, the financing constraints faced by SMEs are also increasingly evident. At present under the circumstance of the urgent need for upgrading private investment of our country, the SME financing problem is China's pressing problems.Zhengzhou City, as the capital city of Henan Province, has some representation in the financing situation of SMEs.Faced the grim situation of financing difficulties by SMEs in Zhengzhou City, this paper used the research methods of empirical and theoretical analysis, started with the phenomenon of investigation of the financing difficulties of SMEs in Zhengzhou City, summarized three main reasons of SMEs financing difficulties of Zhengzhou city, and proposed three measures which the present Zhengzhou solved financing difficultly of the SMEs.
