Customers are the most important assets of modern enterprises. Customer relationship management has become the core of market operation in power supply enterprises at all levels. As its assets, customer value evaluation is the first problem that the customer relationship management must solve. Effective and reasonable assessment of the customer assets could provide the power supply enterprise with decision support for customer relationship management and therefore give guidance to the marketing strategies and reasonable allocation of marketing resources. This paper introduces the concept of customer assets firstly and makes a comparative analysis of customer assets and financial assets. The characteristic and evaluation methods of customer assets are studied in the same time. Combining customer comprehensive evaluation method, the paper constructs a theory model and evaluation index system from the comprehensive evaluation perspective and studies the customer value of the power supply enterprises. The meaning and the calculation of key indicators of the system are described in detail. Finally, the paper conducted calculation and analysis of a specific example using the evaluation model.
