Based On Statistical Analysis Of The Decision Support System In The Application Of Cost Management

This thesis argues the supporting of the application of the decision-making base on the statistical analysis of project construct and management, through the analysis of data in the system of managing and controlling of cost under the mode under EPC contract (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) of current domestic project companies. Statistic and analysis of data on EPC contract (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), subcontracts, project budget, project budget etc by tool of SQL SERVER 2005 and ContourCubeX, and the final results were directly shown. The author of this thesis accumulated abundant data for the building of data-base for enterprises, which established a solid foundation both for invite public bidding and bid for public bidding. Thus, it greatly improving efficiency of decision-making for the project management, and it has definitely sense in both theory and practice in scientifically of system of decision-making in project management.
