With the application and popularity of internet technology, brilliant network medium have brought bran-new ways of information communications and convenient patterns of work and amusements into our life. As the renascent outcome of the blending between conventional game occupation and network technology, online game industry is a new force that came into being spontaneously has become one of the universal recreation culture's industries along with the ceaseless development on the information industry. In the severe situation of universal financial crisis especially in 2009, However, China online game industry that was regarded by the industry as one of the locomotives of the China's internet economical development opposed the trend and continually kept high-speed growth. As further expand of the online-game market, the development scale of the online-game industry chain will be greater than ever and has been generally predicted by the industry to display a more powerful development circumstance. Moreover, after auto industry and real estate industry, it will be hopeful to be another backbone industry that leads economic increase in each one-class cities and even in the whole country. At the same time, the online-game industry that is similar to other industries in development experience will not be able to rise infinitely; it must slow down for some reason when it grows to certain extent.Based on the theories about the core competition of corporation and competitive advantage plus the system thought, the dissertation, aiming at one of the bottleneck issues: the obsession of business model that presently confine the growth of China's online-game industry, defines the business model of China's online-game industry, through using the document induction method and the analysis method from the shallower to the deeper it brings up the constitution essence of the industry's business model and evaluation system, and it also establishes the evaluation model based on the two researches ahead. It is entirely different from analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation used by most of the former researchers, by using the evaluation model, people can obtain not only double effects of the qualitative analyses and quantitative calculations but also more vivid and visual results than ever. Using the model to exert evaluations for a special operating company in the online-game industry, it can simultaneously reflect different valuation layers and constitution essence about the company; if compared with datum from the model evaluation of other company, the business model datum of the special company can show more obvious advantages and weaknesses. It is very helpful for top administrative staff of online-game operating companies to analyze and recognize their advantages and weaknesses so that the company can make explicit and timely adjustments and improvements in the next phrase of competition. At last, by using the evaluation model, the dissertation carries out qualitative analyses and researches into 5 typical network-game companies within the current network-game industry founding on the model's quantitative calculations.Through the model's calculations and analyses, the dissertation thinks that it is necessary for these online-game enterprises in different situations of business model to improve their some aspects and offers development suggestions for the given online-game firms.
