A Study Of The Development And Application For Organizational IQ In Company A

Since the mid-20th century, with the rapid development of science and technology, especially the rise of information technology represented by computer and Internet technology, the world have stepped into a fast-changing times. The internal and external environment of business organization rapidly changing and more and more uncertain factors appearing, whether business organizations can continue to survive has been greatly affected by the high intelligence with a quick and appropriate response to environmental change. At the same time as the value of the core competitiveness built by enterprises, more and more enterprises have realized the importance of OIQ (Organization Intelligence Quotient) in the core competitiveness. The development of IQ has got more and more attention as a solution to how to effectively tap the potentials in the enterprise, improve the overall quality of the organization and motivate members' co-ordination to achieve the integration of personal growth, team development and corporate growth.OIQ, as the measurement of strain sensitivity, timeliness and the implementation of correctness of decision-making to its external environment, is kind of capacity for organization to keep in comparatively high and orderly state and is the application of contemporary intelligence theory and technology in organizational theory and organizational management. A series of modern scientific progress, such as modern organization theory and mental test theory, etc as well as development of contemporary information and technology provides very important theoretical guidance and research methods for the exploration of OIQ and its test model in this paper.This paper has been divided into four parts. First of all, make clear the research purposes, meaning, content and methods of the development and application of organizational intelligence. By the analysis of the index system, test model and the case studies of IQ, etc., this paper tells us how to develop and upgrade their organizational intelligence, realize intelligence cycle and improvements of IQ in order to put forward to a new ideas and methods in the evaluation of organization and give some relevant information and additions in establishment and expansion of their intelligence structure.Second, some related concepts of organization, intelligence and OIQ are reviewed. Elaborate some related concepts of the organization, intelligence and IQ to analyze the current research status and characteristics of OIQ; give some detailed description of the existing index system and intelligence test model of OIQ and propose a new model of Organizational IQ Test.Then, we take Company A as an example to do test to IQ, describing its management pattern, marketing and internal business flows and giving analysis and evaluation from the aspect of performance management, capacity management and knowledge management to summarize the relevant factors leading to organizational mental retardation of Company A.Finally, according to the mental retardation of Company A, some strategy and cycle about improvement of IQ was proposed and through IQ effect of Company A, the operation and effectiveness of IQ strategy will be examined.In short, Organizational IQ is based on organizational behavior, psychology and other fields of research and it is a new perspective of organizational behavior, structure and operation mode research. We have reason to believe that surrounded by an increasingly complex internal and external environment, with gradual penetration into Organizational IQ, IQ researcher, as an important method, will be good for organization of all kinds to adapt to the environment soon and promote healthy and sustainable development of the organization.
