Study Of SME's Technical Innovation System

The small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), distributed widely in China, are the important part in Chinese economic activities. Contrast to large-sized enterprises, SMEs have such characteristics as operation flexibility, target profession, configuration condense. Especially in the increasingly competitive market today, SMEs' progress depends firstly on the development of new products, the efficiency and ability to adapt to changes in the market, what are the meaning of SMEs technical Innovation. The technical innovation is the soul of SMEs. However, technical innovation is absolutely not only the matter of technical level, but also related to technology and economy, technology and market, and many of the complex relationships. In short, when the excellent management combines the advanced technical innovation, the technical innovation can play its great power. And thus studying the elements of technical innovation becomes more important. Previously the way to study such problem is commonly to use questionnaire method, but the directionality of the questionnaire and a great limitation influence the information completely. Therefore, with the interview method of investigation involving SMEs in the study on the elements of technical innovation has the following advantages:First, strong flexibility. Interview is a verbal form. According to the reply of the interviewees, the inquirer gathers the objective facts. While the interviewees are in the different conditions, the inquirer can adjust the interview subjectively in order to establish better communication with the interviewees. Second, the information collected is accurate and reliable. In interviews, inquirers can talk with the interviewees individually. The inquirers can observe the non-verbal behavior and discern the answers. Thirdly, it is beneficial to in-depth investigate. The inquirers can grasp the interviewees'intrapersonal views and opinions. By using Interview method to study the elements of enterprise technical innovation, inquirers can overcome the limitations of questionnaire method. The survey is targeted at Shandong Dahua Rixin Aluminum Co., Ltd.. In recent years she experienced a very typical process of technical innovation. By studying its technical innovation, the inquirers can review the major factors in technical innovation for SMEs. In the survey 18 interviewees are chosen to form the employees of this company with scientific sampling method. Based on these data of the survey, this thesis elaborates on the status of SMEs'technical innovation and analyzes the current problems and difficulties and gives advice on how to solve these problems and difficulties.
