Research On The Relationship Between Technical Innovation Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises And County Economic Development

We have achieved tremendeous achievement in the economy after 30 years'rapid development since the reform and opening-up policy, during which small and medium-sized enterprises had brought outstanding contribution to our county economy. As the significant increasing factor of county economy, technical innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises greatly supported the advanced technology and update of the industry structure. However, the current problems like backward technology, lack of talent and capital, had seriously limited the technical innovation. Additionally, there is also an aimlessness in choosing the innovation strategy. Therefore, studying the relationship between the technical innovation and county economic development, adopting the right strategy of technical innovation, avoiding the potential risks brought by the technical innovation count a lot in theory and practice as well.Basing on such theories as county economic development, innovation theories of enterprises, industry economy theory, strategy management and development of enterprises, this paper has deeply analyzed the relationship between the technical innovation and county economic development, problems and methods of technical innovation for small and medium-sized enterprises through typical and special analisis.Basing on small and medium sized-enterprises in the western region and statistics in the year book and annual report, this paper has analyzed the background and significance of the research, and recalled former relative researches; in the second chapter, this paper has analyzed such reality and problems of samll and medium-sized enterprises in the western region as capital shortage, talent shortage, backward technology and extensive operation; in the third chapter, this paper has analyzed the relationship between the technical innovation of Pucheng County and economic development and concluded that county level economy relies on the technical innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises; technical innovation is the foundation and key factor for the leap development of small and medium sized enterprises in the county level. Therefore, county economy can be improved through technical innovation; the forth chapter has offered some solutions for the current problems, such as the development of rural finance, capital addition, strengthing government supports, updating the technical innovation system, wisely introducing technical talents, developing the agent service network and improving the risk aversion system.Basing on our national reality and with the combination of theories and realities, this paper has offered certain new points on technical innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the county level and paved a road for the research of economic development in the county. Theorically, this paper has summerized the repationship between the small and medium-sized enterprises and county economic development. Practicelly, this paper has provided some policy suggestions on the economic development of the county level.
