Happiness is the eternal pursuit of human. In addition to philosophy, ethics, genetic research on the well-being issues, the economics of happiness has a long history. In recent years, "happiness index" has become a hot topic in academia, but also a practical issue of some government departments. With the development of Chinese economy, many non-material factors play increasing influence on well-being of modern society; people concerned more and more about their own inner sense of happiness in life while enjoying the material. In recent years, people tend to care about social issues in areas related to people's livelihood, livelihood issues become the most concerned things for most members of society, Livelihood influence people's judgments about their quality of life in a large extent.The main part of this article attempts to have a correlation analysis between income, health care, education, employment, housing,environment and life happiness of Shanghai, JiangSu, ZheJiang, HeNan and HuNan provinces, thus it can study the differences of economic development and happy life degrees in the region. Data research results show that six major factors is positively correlated with the degree of happiness, It also confirmed the important position of the problem on people's livelihood; at the same time we found the obvious gap between the Yangtze River Delta region and Central region of income, health care, education, employment status, housing conditions and environment.At the end, I have a summary on the main part of the conclusions, and made specific policy recommendations against the case of five cities. Income, health, education, employment, housing and environmental issues occupy a more important position in our lives, "national account" start to be more and more closely around the "people". I hope through this study it can support the decision of the national planning on more livelihoods.
