According to the search of "Old Ding Feng" Sauce Works'record & data and on-site interviews, this paper got the precious first-hand information. During the pectination process of "Old Ding Feng" Sauce Works' sales records from 1940 to 1945,in order to reflect social economy status of "Puppet Rule Region" during Late "Sino-Japanese War", this paper analyzes the change trend of price & sale; find the history reason influencing price & sale change during Late "Sino-Japanese War".This paper chooses Pinghu "Old Ding Feng" Sauce Works as sample case, launching on the original record, clarifies the meaning & thinking of studying the 1940～1945 sales records of Pinghu "Old Ding Feng" Sauce Works. Take the main products of Sauce Works:Sauce & Shao liquor as the study object, discussing the sales status of Pinghu "Old Ding Feng" Sauce Works separately in three parts.Part 1:Introduce the foundation status of "Ding Feng" & "Old Ding Feng" Sauce Works;discuss the founder of Pinghu "Old Ding Feng" Sauce Works, describe foundation and history evolution of the Haiyan "Xushi Family" Sauce Works & Pinghu "Old Ding Feng" Sauce Works.Part 2:Take the products of "Old Ding Feng" Sauce Works:Sauce & Shao liquor's prices as the study object, mainly focus on analyzing the change trend of product price, in order to find the factor influencing price change.
