Evolutional Analysis Of Coal Enterprise's Cultural Innovation

In the face of fierce competition of the globalized economy situation, cultural innovation of coal enterprises has become an important factor in the survival and development, which is a leading force with a strong penetration and driving. Excellent corporate culture is not only beneficial to the coal integrate enterprise resources, to achieve optimal configuration, but also is contributed to an overall enhancing of the corporate marketing, management, branding and other aspects of competitive advantage. In addition, under the "Eleventh Five-Year" plan and the central focus of the rise of development planning that Government proposed to raise the energy and raw material industries and old industrial bases in the benefits, so researching the development of coal enterprises has certain practical significance. At the same time, in order to enhance the core competitiveness of coal enterprises, it must strengthen the culture of innovation in the coal business.Taking an overview of domestic and international economic scholars' study of the coal enterprise culture innovation, we can see the theoretical circles focused primarily on coal from a static point of view of corporate culture of innovation, the corresponding put forward some new idea of corporate culture. In lack of a dynamic point of coal enterprises in the evolution of cultural innovation research, it is for this reason, this paper analyzes the use of evolutionary paradigm of the coal enterprises of the evolution mechanism of cultural innovation and its development trends are discussed to build a coal enterprise culture evolutionary model of innovation.The contents of this paper is divided into two parts, one of the parts is to use relevant theories of Evolutionary Economics, from the point of view genetic-variations-choice-retain,to analyze the evolution process of cultural innovation.
