The Research Of Information Architecture Of The Coal Enterprise

Information architecture, which researches information organization, information structure and information display, mainly helps people to search, manage information, and finally meets the user's information needs successfully. In recent years, the research of information architecture in China has achieved some achievements, but most of our researches focused on fundamental theory researches. Therefore, the application and practice of information architecture should be strengthened as quickly as possible. Currently, the coal enterprises are facing the problem of mergers and acquisitions, and the State is vigorously promoting the construction of large-scale coal bases, so the coal enterprises integrated will inevitably face the information construction, and information architecture theory has certain practical significance to information construction of the coal enterprises. Therefore, the application of the information architecture theory is very necessary to construct the information of coal enterprises. The information construction of the coal enterprises can provide constructive suggestions to the managers of the coal enterprise, and provide programmatic opinions of implementation of the system to builders.This paper describes the present situation of the information architecture in China and abroad, and analyzes the content and object of the information architecture from the definition. Then the paper analyzes the information architecture theory of the enterprises. On this basis, the three elements theory based on the information architecture, discusses the characteristics, demand, behavior and cognitive of the information users and the internal and external environment of the coal enterprises, and explore the content of the coal enterprise organization in order to achieve the information organization and information structure of the coal enterprise information architecture activities. The activities of information displayed will be achieved ultimately through constructing the information system of the coal enterprises. The author constructs a coal enterprise information system from user construction, environmental construction, content construction, functional construction. Finally, this paper interprets the information architecture of the coal enterprises through the case of information portal system of ShanXi Coking Coal Group so that the theory is more specific and it is fully demonstrated the feasibility and the significance of the coal enterprises information architecture.
