Study On Coordination Mechanism Of Financial Supervision Based On Trend Of Mixed Operation Manafement In China

The existing financial regulation system of our country was established under the separate business operation principle, all these time, banks, securities and insurance are regulated respectively.However, with the globalization of financial market,the financial innovation products are becoming more and more activity and complex. The marginal of conventional market segments is already fading. Consequently, it is urgent and important to establish refine a financial regulatory coordination mechanism so as to prevent vacant regulation as well as overlapped regulation on mixing business financial cooperation. Especially as the mixing business becoming an international financial trend, the higher requirements are put forward. Therefore, the top priority of financial system reform of our country is to strengthen and optimize the coordination mechanism among "one bank and three committees".This paper first focus on financial regulatory coordination mechanism on the basic theory and concept, then based on the present coordination mechanism of china as the research object, find out the existent problem:currently the mechanism of financial regulation joint meeting is not healthy enough. It is not adapt to the international and domestic financial position. Therefore, it is very significant to promote the development of the financial supervision coordination mechanism.Based on this, the author analyzes deeply the development of financial supervision coordination mechanism, with a combined method of theoretical and practical and summarized research method. Through using comparative analysis, we summarize the experience of other countries such as U.S.A, England, Germany, Australia we will establish the suitable financial supervision coordinate mode to increase the efficiency of supervision.
