Risk Assessment Of International Capital Flow Based On Fuzzy Neural Network

International capital flow is a "double-edged sword", which can promote economic growth but also bring great risks. Therefore, the objective analysis of the great risk of capital flow and measures taken to prevent and defuse the risk will be important and meaningful for the economy's sustainable and healthy development. It's more important for China which is stepping for the capital account opening. Based on this situatioon, this paper, after drawing lessons from the domestic research or abroad, and focusing on the four aspects, namely macroscopic and external economic environment of capital flow, and capital flow's scope and strucrure, builds the index system of the assessment of the capital flow risk. And using the fuzzy neural network, it analyses and assesses the risk of international capital flow from 1992 to 2007 in China, furthermore, it also gives much finacial and other useful suggestion.
