With globalization and the emergence of economies scale,the influence of corporate value by Purchasing and marketing channels will become more and more important.How much is the influence of enterprise value by Purchasing and marketing channels and How to measure the influence of enterprise value by Purchasing and marketing channels is an important problem which is placed on the front of enterprise. In this paper, we will take appliances manufacturing enterprises as the research object,the theory of enterprise value based on purchasing and marketing channels is proposed through analyzing the enterprise value and channels, we will Establish a kind of means - Liang V to measure the impact of the enterprise value about purchasing and marketing channels, and the buying and selling. Combining the characteristics of appliance manufacturers, through detailed analysis of the appliance manufacturing purchasing and marketing channels,we Sum up the ideal model of a state of the purchasing and marketing channels.Through the study on company's financial position, channel status, and customer value of a domestic appliance manufacturer-CV corporation,we will set up the index system of measurement about Liang V. Finally, calculated by Liang V ,we will comparative study the influence of corporate value by Purchasing and marketing channels.
