Since the twenty-first century, the global competition is irresistible. The Chinese construction enterprises are facing fierce global competition of the construction business challenges. As the most competitive business model in the 21st century, ecommerce is used by more and more construction enterprises to establish logistics information management system. They hope to realize the related logistics business information and network management during the construction business, which can improve enterprise efficiency, reduce costs and make profits, and enhance the core competitive ability.This paper researched the development and optimization of ecommerce logistics systems based on the background mentioned before.The Paper firstly introduced the logistics structure of construction enterprises, ecommerce applications, and discussed the necessary of developing ecommerce and the operating mode of ecommerce logistics system for construction companies. Then, the paper analyzed the business needs and performance requirements of the enterprise against the construction companies' logistics characteristics. The paper described the technical methods and related processes of the system design and development.The article design the ecommerce logistics information system of the construction enterprises by using the development methods and tools of information system. It designed the comprehensive ecommerce logistics system for the construction companies considering all aspect, such as the overall objective of the construction companies, operating platforms, support platforms, application software. The ecommerce logistics information system covers all logistic-related sectors, and achieves the logistics management objectives of the network construction, scientific, information. Through the examples of China Railway 18 Bureau, the author described the application and implementation methods of the ecommerce logistics systems analysis and design process and the stocking simulation process after implementing the logistic information management system.Based on the design and application of ecommerce logistics information system, the paper deeply analysis the ecommerce logistics system running process of the construction companies. At the same time, the paper established the corresponding mathematical model for the optimization of important issues of ecommerce logistics system.The results of this study is significant in both theoretical and practical field for the construction companies to design and develop ecommerce logistics information system.
