Original milk supply in Inner Mongolia mainly depends on dairy farmers. But most of them have a smaller breeding scale and keep themselves at a disadvantage in the diary industry chain. When milk processing enterprises reduce the purchase price of original milk, dairy farmers will suffer great losses, thus they will shorten the breeding scale and even retreat from the breeding industry, then kill the cows largely, eventually have the bad influence on the ability of Original milk supply. Therefore, rational and sound management from dairy farmers is the root of ensuring the whole diary market steady development.Based on the above statements, this paper mainly studys dairy farmers'action on collocating production elements to what extent effects on the economic benefits. Grouping the dairy farmers according to the production elements scale and economic benefits amount, combining diagram analysis with linear regression, this paper uses the method of diagram analysis and simple linear regression to judge the collocating correlation between respective production elements and to what extend influence economic benefits qualitatively and quantificationally, finally deduces a model of collocating correlation between economic benefits and key production elements. This paper arrives at the following conclusions: First, the economics output of dairy farmers in the investigation place is mainly from milk, calf, avocation and agriculture. Dairy farmers whose net income is less than twenty thousand yuan have net income most from planting, whose net income more than thirty thousand have net income most from breeding cows. Dairy farmers less than thirty thousand account for 61%, in which 10% have minus net income. This is due to overhigh finefodder proportion and too small plantation areas. Second, plantation in this place is the important foundation for breeding cows and the size of plantation is another production element to decide cow-breeding. Third, the main reason of influencing the net income of dairy farmers is cow-breeding scale and finefodder proportion and deduce the linear equation among net income, cow amount and finefodder proportion:Netreturn= 2624.066057*Dairy - 77803.44546*Kernelpercent + 45905.3079, which provides an operable and simple computing tool for dairy farmers in Saihan District to reasonably collocate the cow amount and finefodder proportion at an established income target. At the end of this paper, the author gives the direction of future research and corresponding design of investigation questionnaire according to the current situation.
