In recent years, as many problems in Apple's Sale Model of small-scale peasant in Shaanxi province. This article is a study in this context, through various distribution models to compare under the theories of Transaction Costs and Monopolistic Competition, and in order to find the most appropriate way to sale apple and to solve the problems in the Apple Industry. In this paper, the idea is that by comparing the status of sale models, to realize what the problems are of Sales Model in Shaanxi Apple Industry, according to Transaction Costs and Monopolistic Competition theory to optimize the models, and then establish the best model, and ways to promote this model. In the study, mainly through a combination of normative and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and comparative research methods.Full-text content is divided into four parts. The first part is the first chapter introduces the model of Apple marketing optimization research background, purpose and significance; the second part is the second chapter, through a variety of sales model comparison, using a practical point of view to find that Apple Sale's Model exists problem; third part, including the third, four chapters, from a theoretical point of view, through the Transaction Cost theory to analyze the cost of sales ways, through the theory of Monopolistic Competition to research by analyzing the apple market. These analyzes establish the theoretical basis for the optimization model; the fourth part is the fifth chapter, the basis of comprehensive practical and theoretical basis to get the optimal sales model, and three-pronged approach to promote the methods. The main results of this study are as follows:1. By comparing the analysis of Apples'Sales Model shows that there exist problems can be resolved by optimizing the Sales Model. Apple Industry development is the basis of Shaanxi's economic development, but, Shaanxi Apples'Sales Model still have many problems, for instance, lack the best Sales Model to guide their development, Cooperation Organizations became formalized Sales Model, Sales Model also lack promotion mechanism. Only by addressing the above problems, Shaanxi fruit industry can better transition to industrialization, thereby stimulating higher economic growth in Shaanxi Province. By optimizing not only Apples'Sales Model perfect, unobstructed Apple's distribution channels, and played the important role in the economic development and increased farmers' incomes.2. By Transaction Costs and Monopolistic Competition theory to analyze, agricultural cooperatives mainly, the monopolistic competition as supplement will be the best of Apples' Sales Model. This model will reduce transaction costs, both with very low transaction costs, and better the nature of monopolistic competition, will make up each other for other aspects of imperfect information, and may well arouse the peasants of the enthusiasm and increase apple's market competitiveness. As the Apple Industry in China is still relatively new, is still at the exploratory stage of development. Therefore, it is necessary to deepen people's best selling model of Apple set to expand the impact of Apple's industrial development.3. The most reasonable method for the best model will make the Apple's Monopolistic Competitive market system can be optimized. Established by the government at all levels should actively promote the center of agricultural products, training farmers so that farmers understand the optimal sales model which can increase revenues. By improving the market system and the delivery mechanism for supporting services for agricultural products can reduce circulation, improve circulation efficiency, and speed up economic development of agricultural product circulation.
