| According to the traditional theory of economic growth, the economic growth is the result of long-term effect of assumption of equilibrium in a competitive labor force, increased capital accumulation and technological change. And in a very long time that theory ignored the link of evolution of industrial structure and economic growth. After 60 years of the 20th century, some economists of many countries through the analysis and statistics of economic growth and development, indicate that the economic structural is one of the factors that affect economic growth. Optimization of industrial structure not only reflects the situation of development of economics of one nation or region, but also makes influences on the development of country or region. How to make rational policy of industrial structure, how to complete the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, which will make the far-reaching significance on the realization of the economic growth of Hubei.China has vast territory and large regional differences. With the deepening of reform and opening up, the style of regional economy of China produce undergone significant changes, which produce the differences in regional economic development. After reform and opening, the economic of Hubei falls behind most of cities of China, which is the result of combination of factors. The most important factor which restricts the development of economics is the problems of the industrial structure. In this paper, the industrial structure of Hubei is the object of study. Analyze the adjustment of industrial structure and the accompanying several economic developments of Hubei province. Through establishing the model of relationship between industrial restructuring and the economic growth, search for law of those and then find the problems in the evolution of industrial structure in Hubei Province and economic growth. For resolving these problems, the writer proposes the countermeasures of upgrading industrial structure and promoting economic development in Hubei Province.The first chapter reviews the research process of domestic industrial structure and economic development, which offers support of theories for the study. This article also briefly explained the ideas and methods of research.The second chapter discusses the theory of industrial structure and economic growth. The writer expounds this theory form four areas: what are the industrial structure and economic growth, the relationship between industrial structure and economic growth, industrial structure on economic growth, economic growth and the impact on the structure of changes in industrial structure.The third chapter firstly reviews the adjustment of four stages of industrial structure in Hubei Province from 1954 to 2009, and then discusses the primary industry, the second industry and tertiary industry development, through analysis of which to find out the problems of Industry structural of Hubei.Chapter IV introduces the data of Hubei Province, to establish the model of relationship between industrial structure and economic structure. Then make empirical analysis and draw relevant conclusions.Chapter V base on the conclusions of empirical analysis, propose the countermeasures of optimization and upgrading of industrial structure to promote the economic development of Hubei.Chapter VI reveals the conclusion of this paper, which is that GDP growth of Hubei and changes in three industries constitute showing a balanced and stable relations, GDP and the three industries showing a mutually reinforcing virtuous cycle of economic situation. We should not only focus on the development of secondary and tertiary industry, but also should pay attention on and speed up the development of agriculture. In order to further promote economic growth of Hubei Province and achieve the strategic plan of central China, we should develop robust and effective industrial policy; strengthen agriculture as the foundation and promote agricultural industrial structure. Realize the creation of industrialization, play industry on the leading position, and promote industrialization process. Develop modern service industry; promote upgrading of tertiary industrial, and finally come into the mode which the growth of three industrial is dynamic equilibrium. |
