Organization's competition comes from competition for talent, and the needs of social development of talent from "Never too old to learn" to accept life-long training of staff, but recognizing the importance of training does not mean that will be able to do a good job training. Because the completion of the training need to rely on the training program design and implementation. If you want to have a good training effect, it must have a good training program, but the good training programs do not necessarily have a good training effect, it needs to tie in with a perfectly and effectively training system and the external environment, it can form the desired training effect. Purpose of this article is how to design effective training programs and training system.In this article, as an object of study, using the related theories of training system analyzed Wuhan Lovegod Group training status and problems, proposed to establish a scientific and comprehensive training system is essential, with the actual needs of Wuhan Lovegod Group to design a perfectly and scientifically training system model.
