The Wine consumption per capita can only be 1/9 of the world average consumption.Wine industry is a sunrise industry. Recently, with the increase of China's per capital income and enhance of people's health awareness, wine industry will have bright prospects. The devel- opment of wine industry in Hebei province have the natural resources and industrial base advantages. Therefore, developing the wine industry, can not only large the transforma- tion of grape products, improve the added value of the products, meet the diversity demand of the consumers, but also has important significance in adjusting the agricultural structure, increasing agricultural benefits and farmers'income, promoting the development of regional economy in Hebei.On the basis of systematically analyzing the theory of industrial economics, due to the adoption of comparative analysis and case studies, closely connection with the actual situation of the development of wine industry in Hebei, this paper comes to form the frame of the development of wine industry in Hebei.Under this framework, first of all, analysis of the background, the significance, the domestic and foreign research, the theoretical foundation, the analysis framework. In this part also analyze the importance of the wine industry in Hebei.Second, through investigating the three wine production base (Changli, Lulong, Huailai) in H ebei, analyze the present situation of the development of wine industry in Hebei. Including the area and the production of the grape, the production and revenue of the wine, the structure of the wine enterprises. So as to have a clear realization about the development situation and development level of the wine industry in Hebei.Third, through the site investigation and network questionnaire, analyze the influence factors, including grape production, wine production, wine industry professional talents and wine marketing , to wine industry in Hebei. Finally, on the foundation of the analysis, according to the restrict factors to the development of the wine industry in Hebei province, this thesis puts forward some ways to promote the development of wine industry in Hebei, including: promoting the standardization of wine planting, conducting various forms of marketing activities, eatablishing unified quality grading system, cultivating wine industry professional talents and developing the wine tourism . |
