The recent researches have proved that Employee Silence influence his working behavior and attitude, and the employee silence behavior has important affect on the organizational development. The formalization process of Employee Silence is a social process, in which manager's leadership style and organizational trust influence employee silence behavior greatly. As manager is a big influencer in the organization social process, his leadership style will influence Organizational Trust and Employee Silence.To be a corporation of sustainable development, cultivating employees leader skills, constructing harmonious labor relationship and creating culture of total employee involvement are so necessary. Beam researching object to employees of Zhejiang Corporations, this study analyses the characters and relationship of leadership, organization trust, staff silence. The result of this study will be an visual angle for supervisor to make decision. On the basis of previous study of Leadership, the theory dimension is generally recognized. The present study put forward two dimensions of leadership style, they are as follows:task orientation and relationship orientation; Organization Trust has three dimensions: Leader Trust, Colleague Trust and Enterprise Trust; Employee Silence has three dimensions:Acquiescence Silence, Defense Silence, Disregard Silence. The research tools are widely applied. The data come from employees of Zhejiang, and 245 employees participated in the study. Through Reliability and Validity analysis, Descriptive analysis, Correlation analysis and Regression analysis, we have these results, as follows:Manager's leadership style does not only influence employee silence behavior directly, but also partly through the influence of organization trust to the employee silence behavior. We also found that the employee's personal qualities has great influence on the cognitive of the leadership, the level of organization trust and the employee silence behavior.This article is the first time that makes an empirical study on leadership, organizational trust and staff silence. The findings also have some guiding significance in practice, especially for business change. it will have a certain role in the inspiration.
