In the process of project management, contract management staff has accumulated a wealth of experience, which often runs off as people have been going from place to place. So which integrates the knowledge of construction is to be solved. This knowledge can be reused to service similar future projects of contract management.Based on the construction contract management at home and abroad, this paper sums up the main problems of construction contract management in China, and proposes the application of knowledge management to solve problems. It also analyzes in detail the entire process of knowledge management in construction contract management and points out its content. On the basis of the previous analysis, this paper advances building a knowledge management system of construction contract. Through the system, it can integrate knowledge in the contract management, apply the case base of contract to reuse experience, use the expert base to dig tacit knowledge, and take advantage of the knowledge-sharing platform to share knowledge. At the same time, it should note the closeness between the two contracts. By calculating the fuzzy closeness degree, it can facilitate the application of experience. This paper proposes the establishment of corporate culture and appropriate incentives. Finally, the paper describes the application process of knowledge management in construction contract management by empirical analysis.Through the application research on knowledge management in construction contract management, it enriches the theory of construction contract management and has some guidance significance of practices on construction contract.
