Research On Yanbian Attracting Domestic Investment

The approval of the Planning outline of Cooperation and Development in Tumenjiang River Region-Taking Chang-Ji-Tu as the Opening up and Development Pilot Zone will have a great and far-reaching influence on Tumen jiang River region development and opening up. As the core area of Tumenjiang River region opening up, Yanbian has unprecedented opportunities for development, which will bring new opportunities for attracting more investment.A lot of funds are necessary to speed the opening up and development and build the window and frontier of Chang-Ji-Tu, but it is difficult to collect enough funds only through it own effort because Yanbian has a weak economic base and a small scale of industry, and it is far from major cities and not good enough in infrastructure. Therefore, researches on attracting investment must be strengthened so as to advance the development of Yanbian economy. Judging from the practice of Yanbian attracting investment, attracting domestic investment is developing rapidly and the funds attracted are increasing, which is obviously promoting the development of local economy. Since it is difficult to make a breakthrough in making use of foreign investment, it has an important meaning for developing Yianbian more rapidly to attract more domestic investment to Yanbian.This article analyzes the present situation of Yanbian attracting domestic investment in the aspects of the basic situation of attracting investment, the structures in industry, scale and region of investment projects, and points out the functions of Yanbian attracting domestic investment in developing the local economy and optimizing the industrial structure. Besides, it points out the problems of Yanbian attracting domestic investment in the whole circumstances and the management system, and gives suggestions about how to learn about the characteristics of attracting investment, to build and optimize the system of attracting investment, to make it clear where to attract investment from and to open up on a large scale in order to promote Yanbian attracting domestic investment and advance the development of Yanbian economy and society.
