Design And Reasearch On The Equipment Selection Of JN Company

Equipment management is groundwork for JN company, also the scientification of Equipment Selection System ("ESS") is the core of the equipment management of the enterprises. A scientific and rational ESS will directly determine the level of an enterprise's equipment management, the ESS, the specification and economical efficiency of the equipment selection and the evaluation system herein, which is a typical feature of the equipment management of the mordern enterprise. For JN company, along with the expansion of production scale and the update of the modernizaiton of the equipments, the impact would be far reaching.This paper is focused on a comprehensive and systematic research on the present situation of JN company's equipment management and the problems concerned, starting from the reality of the equipment management, using research method and theory at home and abroad regarding the equipment management, forwarding the method and requirements that shall be followed during the course of equipment selection prior to the equipment installation at the factory. At the same time, this paper presents selection plan in respect of the specification and the economical efficiency on the basis of the sufficient analysis on the actuality of the JN company's equipment management. In the first instance, through the analyses on the actuality of the company's equipment management and the organizational process, this paper sets forth the detailed issues with respect to the equipment selection specification using AHP, builds an equipment and technology selection system which is matched to the current equipment management system of JN company. In the meanwhile, this paper appraises these plans through cases, obtains the parameter regarding the equipment specification by expert counseling method, calculates the weighing of every effective index, appraises reasoningly the equipment specification selection by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Based on the evaluation results, the main factor influencing equipment specification selection is obtained, which can be used to advance the technicality of the specification selection. Secondly, through the market investigation to the products produced by these equipments, this paper evaluates the equipment revenue, and bulid the selection plan in respect of the economical efficiency using NPV, IRR and other financial index. The purpose herein is to select and purchase the best equipment at a reasonable price for forming an economic selection plan in harmony with the JN's development concept. Finally, the suggestion in respect of a scientific ESS of JN company is presented.This paper is only focused on the research on the equipment selection in respect of the paper is only focused on the research on the equipment selection in respect of the specifications and the economical efficiency.
