Industry cluster phenomenon in the economic life of mankind has a long history, with the constant deepening of China's reform and opening up and the market economy system continuous improvement, there have been many different industry clusters with local features and industrial features as an important force to promote China's rapid economic in the development. However, in the context of the knowledge-based economy and economic globalization, technological develop rapidly, the traditional industrial cluster is facing with the severe challenge from changing market environment. As the relationship between parts and whole, in order to achieve sustained development and enduring competitiveness,the industrial clusters's individual enterprises must constantly upgrade their ability to innovate to meet the increasingly competitive external markets, thus to supply an inexhaustible motive force for the entire cluster's sustainable development.Industrial cluster is not the phenomenon of many companies crowding together, it has an extremely complex and integrity systematic relationship. Currently, theories sector has studied industry clusters from economics, sociology, management and many other angles in-depth. Based on the current study, this paper extract knowledge transfer caused by embedding relationship from the network embeddedness, research the relationship between the two and innovation of local business. In accordance with this main line, this paper made a lot of theories pave the way from the cluster embeddedness, knowledge transfer and innovation in local enterprises and their relationships, and then learned about the Dalang Town, Dongguan City, wool textile industry cluster through investigation and interview, at the same time, conducted in-depth study to representative enterprises. Finally, I acquired conclusion and recommendation.
