Mountainous region tourism is a new-rising tourism mode in recent years, especially after Beijing successfully held Olympic Games, which has been a hotspot in the tourism studies. Along with the economic globalization and the regional integration, regional tourism cooperation has become a new trend in the domestic tourism development. Cooperation is a way of participating in market competitions and achieving joint development for tourism industries. Promoting development through cooperation and Responding to competition with cooperation have become an important choice to develop economic for the world countries and regions. Mountains tourism resources developing is an objective requirement of tourists, also brings new opportunities for the tourism industry. Strengthening regional mountainous tourism cooperation with co-expanding tourism market will promotes the tourism product structures and accelerates tourism economic development of the region.The paper studies the co-competition mode of mountainous tourism in new market environment and competitive landscape, expecting find an effective method to sustainable development of mountainous tourisms. It consists of four chapters. First is general introduction, which mainly analyzes background, significance, contents, and methods of the selected topic and summarizes the general research situation of mountainous region tourism in China and abroad. The second part focused on the theories foundation of the whole paper and their applications in the mountainous tourism, mainly including Michael Porter's competitive strategy theory, game theory, symbiosis theory, life cycle theories of Butler, etc, and then discusses the conditions, motivate factors and game analysis of mountainous tourism. Basis on the analysis of tourist behaviors, chapter 3 makes a comprehensive analysis on the factors of mountains tourism development in Sichuan, hoping to provide some inspirations for local Sichuan government and accelerating the regional tourism competitiveness overall. Chapter 4:Introduce general situation of the IMSF institution and analysis the practical motivate factors. Chapter 5:The model and countermeasures of Cooperation operation. Basis on the survey results and analysis, the paper suggests that it should establish "one belt" "two cores" "five clusters" model for IMSF institution. Implement relative cooperation-operation countermeasures for Sichuan mountainous tourism industries, such as integrating tourism resource and products, promoting in common and so on.
