Research On Process Reconstruction Of Direct-Connection Transportation

Great advancement has been achieved since executing this strategy. Up to now, it has been noticed that we still need to make further study on establishment of communication platform, optimization of transportation process, combination office and examination system for this enormous systematic project so as to generate a set of systematic and operable theories. This article has systematically investigated the reconstruction of direct connection transportation process. The details are as follows:1. On the basis of analyzing domestic and overseas research status and site investigation, definition of direct connection transportation has been made. By carrying out analysis for the traditional transport organization process, the text has found out the disadvantages within the process. Base on this, the reconstruction study for direct transportation process will be presented in the following chapter. Furthermore, the execution necessity of direct connection transportation is demonstrated from three aspects including railway intensivism, Chief Client Strategy and present productive forces. The background of direct connection transportation strategy is also illustrated.2. Analysis and exploration for the core of this article---reconstruction of the direct connection transportation process. Finally, taking Huainan Mining Group as an example. By applying multi-level grey model to valuate its execution conditions, it is indicated that it's applicable for this corporation to adopt direct connection transportation. Then, the article has analyzed each operational process after adopting and executing the direct connection transportation by this company. Moreover, the great achievement by both railways and corporations that implement direct connection transportation is presented. Besides, issues we face recently and the recommendations are brought out as well.Applying theoretic study method, this article has done systematic research on practical issues. We expect it can provide some theoretic support to the research of direct connection transportation of our country.
