Analyze Enterprise's Finance Organization Remodeling

In 20th century 80s, value management appears in the United Status's business, and is spreaded by the McKinsey. If each of the activities of enterprises can do this, it can gain endless cash flow.In this paper, the value of management theory as the core structure of the theoretical framework and a literature review of financial organizations, analyses of the role of the finance organization, designs the finance road map, builds evaluation index system of tissue remodeling, explains the case of Haier etc.The possible innovation of this article:First, using value-based management, analyzing different life cycle finance organization change's feather; second, rooting value idea root in the map of finance organization remodeling; third, designing construction industry's finance remodeling evaluation index system.
