Research On The National Innovation Enterprise Technology Innovation Strategy

Innovation is an important way for modern enterprise to survive; it is also the most important research topics in management scholars for recent years. To national innovative enterprises which represent the most advanced technology of our country, it is a new problem that must solve in current domestic innovation to choose what kind of technology innovation mode. There are too many factors which influent the choice of enterprise technology innovation mode, and also these factors are complex and dynamic, it makes enterprises difficult to make effective and reasonable choice of innovation mode. Based from the angle of system, this paper qualitatively and quantitatively analyzes basic factors of national innovation enterprise innovation strategy selection, constructs a scientific enterprise technology innovation mode choice model, provides support and reference to the selection of enterprise technology innovation strategy.This paper researches a discussion of three topical technique innovation patterns for enterprises, analyzes their basic characteristics and applicable scope; this article abortively analyzes three basic factors which affect the choice of national innovative innovation strategy, including the external environment of enterprise, the internal environment of enterprise, the life cycle of enterprise, analyzes basic factors of national innovation enterprise innovation strategy selection with SWOT analysis method. This paper designs three-dimensional model according to the different types of national innovation enterprise, evaluates and selects the technological innovation mode by using Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution, and evaluates output capacity of national innovative enterprises by using the principal component analysis; finally, the article chooses technology innovation mode in case of State Grid Corporation, evaluates and researches enterprise technology innovation mode selection and productive capacity of innovation, and puts forward suggestion to improve the ability of independent innovation for State Grid Corporation.
