Research On The Independent Innovation Network And Competitiveness Reconstruction Of Chinese Shipbuilding Industry Based On Complex Product Systems

Through the rapid development for more than ten years, China has become the real massive country of shipbuilding. But some problems such as weak capability of independent innovation, over-capacity, under-developed auxiliary equipment industry and so on, make it hard to change massive country of shipbuilding to power country of shipbuilding. This paper analyzed the problems of technology innovation of Chinese shipbuilding industry based on the current situation of Chinese shipbuilding industry. And then expatiate on the organization pattern of Chinese shipbuilding industry with industrial structure, competition conduct and industrial performance. Based on the experience of Korea, Japan and Europe, an independent innovation network which includes not only the suppliers and users, but the universities, external research institutes, financial Institutions and government was built in the study. And the operation modes and governance patterns were discussed. Based on the independent innovation network, this paper expatiated on the process of competitiveness reconstruction that enhanced the industry competitiveness with the building and governance of independent innovation network and then completed upgrade of Chinese shipbuilding industry on the Global Value Chain (GVC) in order to push China's shipbuilding industry into a virtuous cycle. Finally, four pieces of advices were given, such as legal system construction, industry cluster development, supplier management and the training and introduction of personnel.
