Research On The Cold Chain Logistics Enterprise Distribution Process Optimization Based On Petri Net

Food safety is closely related to the people's health and the stability of the country. From the point of logistics, reducing the time of cold chain logistics process can reduce the risk of food deterioration and raise the food safety level. Because the food is under a weak protection during the distribution process, this paper focuses on researching on the cold chain distribution from the point of process analysis.At present, there are many kinds of methods applied to model materials flow process. But among them, Petri Net is a very effective method because that it has strict mathematical definition and analysis methodology. After describing present situation of the distribution process, this paper builds a model for the distribution process based on Petri net, analyzes the behavior characteristics of the model by using mathematical method and gets the conclusion that the Petri Net model has reachability, boundness and liveness. Based on that, this paper gets the each sub nets and finds out the synchron relationships between each sub nets by using the Composite Change Matrix analysis methodology. So the key nodes that affect the effectiveness of the process can be detected.According to the low effectiveness of the cold chain enterprise distribution that caused by the synchron relationships, this paper presents several optimization measures By doing this, the effectiveness of the whole process can be improved through each sub net being improved.This paper includes 12 figures,11 tables and 59 references.
