The world broke out financial crisis in 2008. Chinese enterprises are facing ever more cruel and fierce competition and challenges. Facing financial crisis, businesses shall do every thing to seek development opportunities. How to mobilize the staffs enthusiasm and initiative, how to improve the enterprise's core competitiveness, and improve overall business performance, these have become more and more major concerns in companies. Liangyuan furniture company is growing and developing in the highly competitive environment, with the company's development, performance management problems are increasingly evident. Therefore, establishing a sound performance appraisal management system has become a pressing issue.I put Liangyuan furniture company as object of study, fully describe the company's organizational structure and human resource situation, synthetically use the interview method, questionnaire survey method, combination of qualitative and quantitative method and charts method, from a strategic point of view, analyse and diagnose work of performance appraisal problems, find the outstanding problems, which exist in current performance appraisal, to the existing problems, use modern performance management the theory and methods of MBO, KPI and 360-degree assessment method, raise the company's performance appraisal system solutions for the problem, design a set of scientific and rational system of performance evaluation program, which include the sector's performance appraisal system and staff evaluation system, design performance appraisal system of the production sector, middle managers, sales personnel, technicians and production personnel, the system include performance indicators, indicators standard, indicators weighting and indicator system model. In the future, this will provide an important reference for the company employees reward and punishment, promotion, training and development, etc. Finally, I introduce the program performance appraisal system. First, develop performance assessment plan with the company employees, continuously do communication,data collection and recording, in order to make a good job of performance coaching and communication. Next, I conduct performance evaluation and face to face feedback with the staff, as well as take incentive and development plan for employees. In the end, increase the enterprise performance, and achieve enterprise strategic goals.The program establishs a comprehensive management system of performance appraisal for the enterprise, Not only hope the program can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm and motivation for staff, but also hope the program can provide some reference performance appraisal for the same industry.
