Restructured in 2008, five telecom operators into 3, China's telecom industry has entered a new era of "3G", a new system for the original pattern of trade imbalance continued toward balanced development. Opened in 2009 is China's telecom industry "3G Era", January 7 The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued licenses based on TD-SCDMA, CDMA2000, WCDMA technology to China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom,3G (third-generation mobile communications) license from the three carriers entered the era of all business operations.The outbreak of war in 3G,3G and polls, they keep on advertising over radio, television, network Deng major media,with strong advertising effect, people's general awareness of the 3G continued to stir the desire on 3G business the users. Operators constantly guided the user needs, efforts to develop the promotion to meet customer needs with strong attractive 3G business to seize market opportunities. How to catch the leading position in value-added services is the question which the operators have to face.In 3G era, the development of technology and the increasing demands make the traditional voice business turn into data services. China's mobile communication business also began to change from the most basic mobile voice value-added services to information technology data, gradual transition, MMS, mobile TV, mobile wallet and video chat, etc. Data value-added services enrich people's lives, also significantly changed the way people communicate and exchange. With the new players continually joining the case, the communications industry, particularly 3G value-added services industry value chain is constantly extending. The relationships between the participating enterprises and enterprises, industries and industries become more complex, many of the value chain intertwined into a huge value networks building more subtle and competing relationship. Therefore, in the context of 3G,3G services industry value chain, specifically the main chain links, and rationalize the various aspects of cooperation between the competition and comply with industry integration and wireless Internet communication trends, to optimize the allocation of resources, to explore a good operation mode of business development to promote and guide the 3G industry in a virtuous and healthy development of certain of the direction of significance. In this paper, the value chain theory as a starting point for the mobile communications industry, a scientific theoretical framework and systematic thinking mode is founded for research and the development of decision-making on Mobile communication industry. The first part of the article, mainly introduces the research background and significance, given the research object and scope of the study, proposed to work on the problem and significance, and then the second part as the theoretical support and current situation, has laid a good foundation for the analysis of the industry value chain of 3G business through the outlined of the value chain and value chain theory; at the same time, the current situation of domestic and international development of 3G business has been summarized, expecting to find the general nature of business success from the phenomenon, with a view to reference and guide the domestic business development of 3G operators. The third part, the application part of the theory, as another focus of the contents of the article, by a more complete summary of 3G business classification and fully integrated industrial value chain, constructs a set of 3G industry value chain, business development model, and then analyszes all sectors of the industrial value chain and the relationship between competing, raises the characters and the relationships of the chain through the development of specific business, and find the advantages and disadvantages finally.The fourth part is based on the industry value chain analysis of 3G services development above, expands 3G business development strategy to outside of the industry value chain theory, but also summarizes business development model in category specify to various types of value chain, including the discussion of Competition relations analysis, investment models, pricing models, profit-sharing model. It plays a visible role in helping the operators find the key of value chain. Through drawing up the support programs and strategies, find a set of relatively complete practical and workable strategy for improving operations in order to achieve continuous business operators in the development of 3G. Then the case analysis in the fifth part, introduces the cultivation of business development of "mobile video surveillance,", through its development model to verify the content of the article reasonable and feasible. Last part of this article, carried out the summary overview with the initial results obtained from research.All in all, in exploring initial of 3G services of the Chinese telecom industry, operators should take the initiative to raise the banner of transformation, fully aware of the changes of their role, breaking the bottleneck restricting their own development, through identifying market demand, build a more complete 3G business value chain, find out the relationship between various competing sectors, and form a continuous appeal to the sound development of 3G business model by drawing on lessons learned from carriers domestic and abroad, provides a more colorful convenient comprehensive information service to meet the information demand, allows users to enjoy new communication services in a more convenient, affordable, comfortable way.
