Observing Our Country's Construction of Enterprise Culture from the "People-oriented" PerspectivePhilosophy, theoretical and systematic view of the world, is a deep thinking theory, which plays a worldview role in all the cultural construction. The corporate culture is a specific form of the human society in the particular stage, which is also a social and cultural phenomenon. In a word, corporate culture needs the guidance of philosophy as well. It is the soul of an enterprise. Therefore, as to how to build our corporate culture better, we need to seek some inspiration from philosophy. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is an introduction. It introduces the background and the meaning of the paper, the domestic and international literature review, and this paper's methods and its main contents. Enterprise culture is the core of corporate development, people-oriented corporate culture is the top priority, so it has become Topic Selection for this article. This paper demonstrates the history of the development of people-oriented, from our country to foreign countries, which fully explain what kind of corporate culture is conducive to the development of enterprises, and how companies can reach a consensus on values. We find that only people-oriented corporate culture can find a combination of different points. The second chapter mainly studies the nature of the corporate culture from the rise of corporate culture, the essence of its rising and the nature of corporate culture. The conclusion is that people-oriented is the nature of corporate culture. Culture theory is proposed by Western Management Science in the 1980s, which is a new theory. The rise of corporate culture, in essence, comes from the development of human knowledge of Western managers and scholars. Or rather, it's a re-recognition of the people. This re-recognition has gone through four stages:economic man stage, social man stage, complicated and cultural person stage. Finally, this view assumes that the nature of corporate culture is people-centered or people-oriented. Culture is not just to look enterprise as a profit-seeking economic organization but as the cultural community of human. In this community, people are in the central and dominant position of all the production and living activities. To this end, enterprises must adhere to this principle:all for people, care and value respect and train people. Look the workers as a source of corporate which is full of vitality and power. The third part mainly analyzes the history of the idea of people-oriented, which is divided into four levels:human thought of ancient china, Western humanistic thought, human thought of Marxism and the core concept of scientific development:people-oriented. The salient characteristics of human thought of ancient china:firstly, to emphasize the core role of people in government management; secondly, to explore the means of acquiring people's support; and thirdly, to focus on talents and the development of talents. Then Western humanistic thought experiences different stages:first of all, to pay attention to the theory of "Human is the measure of all things" in roman era; then to attach the importance to Freedom of human will and personality development; finally, nowadays to discard the two former human thoughts and establish the philosophy of Crisis, which mainly includes Irrationalism and Existentialism Humanistic Philosophy. Marx's human thought is the true humanism. It has three traits:to emphasize highly human social attributes; to stress human practical nature; to value human subjectivity. Marx pursuits free and comprehensive human development, which is the ultimate purpose. "People first" concept of scientific development has the guiding influence on the construction of corporate culture. The fourth part is to explain the policy recommendations on the construction of corporate culture, which has two levels:the content of "people first" corporate culture and how to build up it. The core idea of corporate culture is human, and regard employees as the power and source of corporate development. Only in this way can we promote their enthusiasm and creativity, improve corporate cohesion and solidarity, realize the reasonable combination of corporate goals and employees targets, and finally make it possible to be vector of everyone's free and comprehensive development. So that corporate culture is an inevitable part for us to enter the realm of freedom. As to how to build up corporate culture with Chinese characteristics, we first study the principle:(1) establish the corporate culture governed by law, which is based on "people first" and refer to the western scientific system of management. Based on strict management idea and scientific management system, it finds out human is corporate subjectivity and the source of creation, and pays attention to employees enthusiasm and initiative. (2) to regard fully mobilizing human's enthusiasm and initiative as targets. Employees product the benefits of the factory. How do they work with high enthusiasm and energy in order to improve corporate efficiency. To some extent, the answer is that corporate culture aims at enhancing staff's enthusiasm and initiative. How to build China's people-oriented enterprise culture, it main focuses on three aspects:firstly, how to train people. People-oriented enterprise culture should provide every employee in the enterprise long-term, systematic and targeted training for staff in different levels. Secondly, how to motivate people. It is based on individual needs and different requirements for them to establish different incentive methods. Thirdly, how to respect people. It requires the spirit and personality equality of employees.
