China is an ancient country with5000year-history culture, andtraditional culture influences every people in the social, to understandChina’s history, you can get started from Chinese’s morality, philosophyand value. China from5000years ago to P.R.C’s founding in1949, andthen to now, these ages is a process that culture accumulates and fusesconstantly, and that sediments the requirement of behaviors, alsocompounds Marxist ideology’s ideal of personal mastery, people orientedideal of Socialist Values, etc. These ideologies were founded by citizenoriented, people oriented and masses oriented. Though every ideology’srose has characteristics of the era, and has different historical background,but we still can find out the same topic: People Oriented, through theyhave various formats.As a branch of social culture, organization culture is a sub-culture ofsociety, also the soft capacity of an enterprise. Organization culture wasrose by occident management scholars, and it was rose when occidentmanagement science had developed to the period of modern management, and a management method which was improved and innovated for a longperiod. Organization culture is from occident, not only include theoccident culture, also have the characteristic of occidental: the occidentmanagement culture. So, organization culture was be sustained byoccident enterprise management culture, and cannot be separated fromthe occident social culture. And contemporary Chinese local enterprise, ifwant to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, get more abundantenterprise benefit, have to introduce foreign advanced enterprisemanagement mode. But, authentic western management containing thewestern culture, and because of the differences between Chinese andwestern culture, western advanced enterprise management mode to applyto the local enterprise management inside, but arise various out of the soiland water disaffected phenomenon. And how to put the westernmanagement mode to meet the local Chinese enterprise’s managementneed? Advocating enterprise establish a "people-oriented" enterprise corevalue is to solve the problem of the sides. China’s traditional cultureinside provide large amounts of "humanism" thought, and westernmanagement to realize humanistic management also offered a lot ofexamples.Therefore, to establish the China domestic organization culture, mustbe base on the people oriented, must get resources from social culture andbuild the diversifying organization culture, compounds traditional culture, Marxist ideology, socialist value and occident social culture.
