With the rapid development of China's market, competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce, and in the context of economic crisis enterprises need to focus on cost reduction, improving their competitiveness and increasing market responsiveness. With the rapid development in information technology right now, enterprise information management system represented by ERP is able to resolve this issue. In China, the number of small and medium enterprises got to reach 40 million, and it is expected that most of them will rapidly enhance in the next few years, even inevitably so representative private enterprise as Haier, Li Ning, Changhong will be born. Of course, There are many problems existed in SMEs, such as low management level, poor staff quality, weak planning, which are restricted in the ERP software application.The core of ERP Software is the management idea and methods it is contained. It is great difference between large enterprise and SMEs, which is one of the reason that success rate is less than 30% in ERP application in current. To use these ideas and methods in SMEs, providing targeted services in the view of SMEs'character is a must. NEC, for this market, need to adjust the original model of corporate services for the Japanese, trying to apply his mature lean management concepts in ERP software to domestic SMEs.The article is according to ideas of discovering problems, analyzing problems, and solving problem at last, regarding manufacturing SMEs'requires as target, starting from the three elements of ERP services, which are Process, service controlling, several participants limits, debates and analysis NEC current service model problems and advantages, and suggests improvements for the problem to get a more rational mode of SME ERP services, at last shows right through an empirical case. This paper focuses on service process, service control, service quality management, and research significance is that through service improved, making mature ERP software used in the potential SME market, to achieve the purpose of opening up the market in this area.
