Application Research Of Friedman's Model In Bidding Of Grid Construction

Whether the project bidding decisions to be correct or not is important to the bidding selected and the future benefit, to the enterprise's prospects for development. This paper reviewed the development process of bidding system, presented the element of biding. From the impact of power grid construction bidding strategies after construction start, analysis of factors associated with the costs and profits associated with the impact of factors. The relationship between the choice of bidding strategy and business objectives was analyzed, as well as common bidding strategies. After studying the existing home and abroad literature about bidding decision model, considering current market conditions, power grid construction bidding decision-making model-Friedman model were proposed. An engineering case was applied to prove the validity of this improvement, followed with a satisfactory result.
