With the development of an integrated global economy, China's economy is gradually melting into the world economy. information technology development is imposing higher and higher requirement on those enterprises specialized in electricity grid. Financing environment of the enterprise has drastically changed miscellaneous uncertainties and uncontrollable factors led to major changes in the internal and external environments for the financial management of electricity grid enterprises. Diverse and complicate development of financial risk also brings more and more harm to the enterprise.Enterprise Financial risk refers to the various factors that are difficult to predict or control in the miscellaneous financial activities. Financial status includes uncertainties which might make the enterprise suffer loss. Effective management of financial risk could minimize risk, thus could maximize financial results and optimize the financial status in the utmost way.Based on the existing problem of Gansu electricity grid, method of enterprise financial warning system and the matching risk control warning system shall be established, which mainly include:the theoretical basis of enterprise financial warning management method, establishment of principle of financial warning system for Gansu electricity grid enterprise, establishment of single-target control and the warning system with "Arman" model as well as establishment of financial risk warning mechanism and cash budget warning system with aid of full budge management as a bridge.Establishment of warning management system for Gansu electricity network is of great practical significance to prevent and defuse financial risks of electricity network enterprises as well as to maintain stable development and win competitive advantage.
