| In order to win space for sustainable survival and development, an enterprise must select the strategic objectives suitable for its development, establish organization structure and management system according to the strategic objectives, and then ensure to realize the strategic objectives through organization structure.This passage briefly reviews Xinguanghui Company's development history at first, and then explains some concepts of organization structure theory and the guidance roles in organizational restructuring of the company. The thesis determined the strategy development objective of this company firstly, and then optimized the organization structure and established working process system with centered the operating benefits, finally improved construction of the matched IT and performance appraisal system, so as to provide guarantees for smooth progress of organizational restructuring.
